| Ocean Breeze is a gated real estate project of 45 luxury villas situated at Las Terrenas on the Samana peninsula, a province of the Dominican Republic. The real estate project covers 60 acres, which is in turn, situated in a 345 acres park. Many of the lots have spectacular views over the ocean whilst others are set in luxuriant tropical gardens. All villas have private pools and are on lots of between 0.7.of an acre and 1.7acres.
Ocean Breeze is situated only 6 minutes from Las Terrenas on the beach road, close to the local airport and 600 yards from the beach.
