Axiome’s architects, Luis Sanchez y Associados were selected for their talent and more than 20 years experience in designing major projects, houses and apartments all over the Dominican Republic.
Construction is under the combined supervision of Philip Booth, site manager Johnny Frias with many years construction experience in Las Terrenas along with our architects and engineers.
The commercial side at Ocean Breeze is under the control of VIP Realty Managers. The principles of the company having had more than ten years experience in real estate at Las Terrenas.
