We can design your dream villa starting from your own design ideas or by providing detailed suggestions on the design work, based on our portfolio of Ocean Breeze approved designs.
Villas are envisaged as being between 350M2 and 650M2 of construction which provides ample space for indoor and outdoor living with three to five bedrooms and a pool.
When the design of your dream house is complete you will have the opportunity to construct with our own building company or to choose from one of our approved alternative constructors.
